if 1000 clerks will stop taking bribe will that make a minister not to take bribe and resign and go to the prison for the money he had made by corruption, No , the problem is not people the problem is the process the system which allows for the corrupt to grow and the honest to suffer,

@shashank2361 Like Mahatma Gandhi said,“Be the change you want to see in the world”. I personally agree it and I will say it's better if we change,not waiting for the system to change.

This is good to blame the common man and save corrupt system. But in India common man is made to suffer humiliation, harassment and delay till eternity if you don't pay bribe. Bribe is the culture of all government organizations there is no way out. And there is no law to make them accountable. Yes it should start from us, but if there is no other way out, then on what grounds can we question those government officials? When there is no law as such to support us.

@amitthakuramit: we are the democracy, we choose the government, but not the officials. The so called 'officials' were one in the billion, till they became special n' got the power to thrive on the rest.

You are right, corruption has become a "Life Style" in our country, we like to manipulate everything if possible.

I believe no one will defeat us unless we allow them. So we need to raise our voice, even to a smallest sign of manipulation / corruption.
