This looks like the old Bell Telephone Hour set. Bell Telephone, Ed Sullivan, Mike Douglas and others would sometimes have the best ballet dancers on for a "segment". Not always filmed the best, usually small performing space but what an opportunity for audiences!

no, you are never too tall. any height is good, but for a professional ballerina, 5' or above is good
