I must come back and say thanks again for the great advice. Whew, it is a good thing I listened and didn't quit my day job. I'm working on an offer on a very large exchange transaction involving a mall in Texas and beachfront development property in Southern California. I should probably consider giving you a referal fee. No, I guess not. A decision like that would be utter crap. Sorry, you won't be able to quit your day job (if you have one).
