What a power of expression! What a way to suspend the timing and the music and give it to us so little by little that we cannot but wait anxiously for the next note! A whole new experience...It adds so much meanning to both lyrics and music, it adds so much depth. Thank you so very much, you have made my Lent days very rich, indeed, thank you.
