Hey guys, week two is here

Im weighing at 188Ibs and 8.5% body fat!!!! Thats a 8Ib gain and 2.0% body dat loss.

Strength went up moderately, at least for my bench. My strength went up a lot in all other Exercises especially legs as you can see in the video.

My energy feels more like a good night sleep rather then energetic like week one. I also notice lethargy kicking in, I thought it maybe fatigue because of the workout intensity but i took a 3 day break over the holiday and i was feeling the need to nap each day.

No other negative side effects to report on this week. For the record i don't think the 2.0% body fat loss was from halotest or primal; I think it came from the intensity in my workout.

  • @SuperKellz86 yeah it is harsh! I was thinking about trying it in the future.. after the summer.. idk ill let you know though. I bet you could put on a ton of mass with that shit.
