Guys im 16 and i allready did all of yours recepies, i just must say they are all awsome! ;)

15minutes for mussels to steam? Nooooooo they had to of been rubbery tasting! I'll try this eventually but I certainly won"t steam them for that long...just steam them until the shell opens up then another min or two after.....turn them off.

@belgiumchoco1 ..lol...we never said that, boy. We said that the Mussels are done when the shells open! Simple as that! In this case about 10-15 minutes from the time the wine was added to the pot and then heated up to temp. Do you like to comment just to get noticed? lmao Stick around belgium boy and welcome to the Pit. You might learn a thing or two around here...!
