I haven not gotten the chance to play Shivers 2 yet but I played Shivers 1. The spirits themselves were really ridiculous and the only reason things were scary because they would pull the "pop up scare" thing if you did anything wrong and because you were all alone and sometimes weird things would happen in the museum and those things were actually scarier than the evil spirits.
