I'm not a fan of reduced orchestrations...BullyJem - I've rocked the bass bone book on this one twice...

In my school, we were able to have an entire orchestra. This almost sounds fake in a way.

im sorry, Les Mis looses its connection (at least with me) when i hear a reduced orchestration. i know its difficult for the smaller companies to get there but its well worth it.

Of course Les Mis sounds amazing with a large orchestra but you guys sound great! This is a small theater and they are doing the best they can with the resources available to them. And even so, they rise to the occasion and try to include every instrument. I know this is more than a year old but it's great seeing Keith again. One of my fave Valjeans. Saw him in the 3rd NT around 5 times and he put 150% into every performance.

Een plaatselijke productie... Ze hebben (waarschijnlijk via MTI) de muziek en dus de rechten gekocht. Maar ze hebben dus inderdaad een minder groot budget... Dus daarom is het allemaal anders hier.

Actually, no. This video is a portion of a documentary describing how the show comes together. Most of the music scenes are pre-production and rehearsal stuff.
