Leeland - Lord I Want To Be A Christian In My Heart

I can't believe I am the first to put this song up on Youtube. This song is great. This is a Christian band called Leeland, who are amazingly talented and you can find loads of stuff about them on here.

I still maintain I am not a Christian, can't make that leap of faith yet, but recently I have become increasingly fascinated with Christian based bands, and how good some of the songs are, including this one. Leeland are very direct with their worship, whereas bands like Relient K and Switchfoot are Christians, but don't always sing about worship.

I didn't really know what to do visually with this, I was trying to find some photo's of people enjoying church, but couldn't find that many (!). I decided in the end to look for more unusual, artistic images of the Cross. Such a powerful symbol.

Theporrohman, I just prayed for you - that you would come into a personal relationship with our Creator and Savior and that I would meet you in heaven someday... our lives are eternal, it's just a matter of where we end up someday & I, like God, do not wish that any should perish & spend eternity in hell. Thank you for posting this song. My favorite at the moment is "Follow You" with Brandon Heath. =)

Faith is not hard to obtain. You don't need to have a leap of faith to follow Christ. You accept Him and build up from there. Gosh, I am 17 and believed in Christ since I was a small child and I am still less mature in my faith than my born again best friend. It takes time, and following. Don't limit yourself

Wow!! This song is amazing!! Its so true, we can all be church attending Christians but what really matters is to be Christian in our heart every day which is to live in the ways of Christ and keep a relationship with Him. Amazing song!! I love Leeland!!
