Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I just noticed that you commented on this video. We got Josh's braces from Bill Messer. He has a shop right in the building where Josh has therapy. Look for Messer Orthopedics on the internet. These braces are VERY EXPENSIVE too! Our insurance paid for them.
This should be required viewing before anyone is allowed to get their driver's license. I pray that walking will come again for Josh.

@Saolyene What a great idea. I also felt like the drunk driver should have had to come to the hospital to see what he had done and change the urine bags or other menial tasks that the injured person was not able to do for themselves due to what the driver had done to them. Thank you for your comments.

Hey man. I broke my leg 8 weeks ago. Really badly, and I had a leg brace for 6 weeks. It takes some time getting used to, but you'll get there. Cheers.

Josh has more than broken legs...he is paralyzed from the ribs down after a car hit him while he was rollerblading. His legs were badly broken as well and even had a muscle taken out of his right calf because it tore it up so bad. He almost lost his right leg because of all the damage. Now he is working on getting movement back, but it will be a looooong process. Both legs are full of metal (rods, plates, pins and screws).

Thanks. I guess we don't have that information on his videos. We put the videos on YouTube just so we could then transfer them onto his website that tells of his progress. I didn't know how else to get the videos on his website. Our friends and family could check our website for Josh's progress. You can check out his website if you are interested in his ongoing progress. Hopefully one day he will walk again.
