The word I believe you're looking for is "spayed." Also, you aren't referring to something belonging to a gene, so get rid of the apostrophe ("genes" is what you should have written). Lastly, the missing apostrophe from "cant" is acceptable internet short-text, though, technically incorrect.
My point is this: it's really quite easy to criticize someone. Clearly, you aren't very bright, either.

Poor Miss Teen South Carolina; she is taking more heat than a Delmonico ribeye on Labor Day, and all she did was emulate George W. Bush's oratory style. You would think that such a tribute to the president's statesmanship might have been lauded as the kind of redneck patriotism that has always been a staple of Miss USA pageants.
