The SSPCA only do work in Scotland and the RSPCA only do work in England and Wales. If SSPCA were to advertise and raise money in England I bet the RSPCA would have something to say about it!

Would you let the German animal charity raise funds in England and give the English people the impression the money would be used in England when not a penny would be.
