  • So you are saying that your 70+ mph boat was only running one single 4s battery ? I hardly think so..

  • Slow...

  • @gotstreetglide I bet you could not build a boat to go faster than 54mph on 4s...

  • @996TwinTurbo911 Sure you can. Not that boat, with a stock 60amp esc though. You can easily get a 4s boat over 54 mph with the right prop and a better esc. For example, the twin motor King of shaves with 4s to each motor goes high 40's with stock motors and props. Boat I bought which is the same hull as the King of shaves with 4s to each motor goes over 80mph with 2800kv motors and 45mm 3 blade props. Only good for SAW passes but fast.

  • @Skullcracken

Thank you Skullcracken, I am aware it can be done with other hulls, I am just referring to this one. I have several other high end RC boats as well such as a twin drive Carbon Fighter Cat Daytona and twin drive Toysport Jolly both running NEU motors with 6s going to each; yes they fly.

  • @996TwinTurbo911 Not with P1 it was Genesis boat from Hobbyking. I run with 6S with 4082 Leopard 1500kv and esc Swordfish 200A. I just teasing you bro you did a good job on the P1...

  • @996TwinTurbo911 I did 70+mph before and now my boat submerge in the canal. LOL

  • Yes, 40s in stock form. However im running a NUE motor and Seaking 180 ESC to achieve the 54 mph on GPS and Radar. The prop is an X 442.

  • 54mph really? I would say that boat is more like low 40's stock on 4s. Would like to see you run it with the radar gun on it.
