The 9th and final movement from the cantata "Of petals, ripe-blown and silkily smooth" (2007) by Lou Goldford, in its premiere performance on February 23rd, which featured the Manchester United Methodist Coventry Choir. Scored for chorus, 5 vocal soloists, chamber orchestra, electronics and video. Inspired by Diane Ravitch's "The Language Police" (2003), this work explores contemporary censorship and uses the music's methodology to create an inner propaganda. Video accompaniments by Josh DiCarlo. For more info, visit www.lostclassic.com/ofpetals or email the composer: ljgoldford@gmail.com.

Chapter 2, middle of the third paragraph. "Thousands of petals, ripe-blown and silkily smooth..."

This was incredibly exciting the first time and I'm happy to say it's just as exciting to watch again. Thanks for posting this masterpiece! Could you possibly post the rest at some point?
