This is a video that I made for my TAFE college in 2006.

Gold was discovered in Bendigo in 1851 and this video I made will show you many things around Bendigo that would not have been possible without the discovery of Gold.

These include the Central Debourgh Gold Mine, the Trams of Bendigo, the Alaxandera Fountian, Bendigo Bank building (currently in development), the QEO Sports Oval and the Kennington Orfanage.

Music that you are listening to is
-Handel's Water Piece by Geroge Frideric Handel (1685-1759
-Jupiter from 'The planets', theme of the hym 'I vow to thee my country' aranged by Gustav Holst (1874-1934)
-Pomp and Circumstance Military March by Edward Elgar (1857-1934)

The music was to use had to be non-copyrighted music so that was why I chose music from the Broque/Classical/Romantic period of music.

I would also like to thank tow people, my sister and my bro-in-law who helped me take photos and also did some of the camera work with me.
