I agree it is very suspicious, but be fair to Yulia she ran close to 11s in years after
2005-11.08s....2008-11.14s so there was limited consistency.

Nesterenko wasn't inside the top 100 female sprinters in the world a year previously - never before in her life had she run under 11 seconds and manages it in all 4 rounds - couldn't compete at the IAAF Grand Prix level a year earlier and had actually failed a drugs test at that level which she was not suspended for and we're supposed to believe these performances - RIDICULOUS. No wonder Ottey gave her a death stare after the first round. Yet another drug cheat with an Olympic gold medal.
