I don't listen to this genre at all tbh but I'm curious to what makes it a good one. As far as I've heard it's just speed up versions of the original with a techno beat :3 What makes J-core unique? I'd appreciate answers.

@Lennart50 It's kinda hard to describe because there is no definition of it.
"J-Core" is a defintion of this music of fans for fans. What this genre makes kinda special is that Japanese Hardcore is oriented on video games and Anison's almost all the time. It's fun and it's very popular in the far east. There are discos in Akihabara where only such music will be played. And what I like the most - the genre is fast! :) Hardcore, Gabber, Speedcore - you can have it all! :D

@Lennart50 And just speed-up versions is a bit harsh I think.
There are very well worked out tracks. A good beat, fitting vocals and an addicting melody (the arrangement!) are very important points for a good track. In my opinion, this is more complex than you just said. But yeah, of course everything is speeded up - 180 BPM is a good point to start with! :)

Where did you find the song "Colorful Bandai Love"? I really want to purchase it.
ZeroBatteries 1 year ago
@ZeroBatteries Hey, it's on the album Nekology by M-Neko as the first song as well.
You can buy it on MyDjSoBad, Guhroovy or J-Core[dot]biz. :)

@IdaTirai This is my first mix ever. :D
It's pretty bad when you check out my newer mixes.
Anyway, to this time I used Audacity. This sound hillarious right?!
Today I use VDJ or Traktor to mix, it's much better than a normal Audio Editor for mixing. ;)
Thanks for your comment as well.
