@MrJollanza Its probably a hoax because how could this guy get hold of the sound file of the receiver output - from SETI??
-
this is look like a "Mantra" behind the sound
-
@MrJollanza lol true.

@nechibou I didn't hear anything. Anything with a 2 second cycle is probably some type of impulse noise originating from faulty electronics made in China. I would not get too excited about it being from extraterrestrial origins.

every 2 seconds we can hear the same sound, it's interesting.

Yo escucho el numero diez. Sino escuchen desde el principio a partir del segundo seis, tun-tun-tun-tun-tun-tun-tun-tu
n-tun-tun, hasta el segundo veintidos y vuelve a empezar en el segundo treinta y seis. -
what was that at 1:25.....

It is a music. Indian (or same) ancient music. Van benne dob meg fúvós hangszer is. A dob tá-ti-ti-ti - tátititi ritmusához csalogató dudaszó társul. Tökéletes zene arra hogy kifejezze az izgalmat, a figyelemfelkeltést a kapcsolatfelvételi szándékban.

Where do you get these stuffs?

...a voice? it's from SETI or it's part of the transmission? (turn up the volume, 100%, and you'll hear it)

Really sounds like a pulsar to me. That thud at regular intervals sounds like so many pulsars I've listened to. The varying static is indicative of radio passing through heavy dust, which Pictor is known for. There are a LOT of interesting and inexplicable signals out there, but to me this doesn't seem like one of those.
