Every band will perform basket case in the band's lifetime. It's more of a law than a theory, really. So this was us playing basket case at the school's open house when we were in grade 12.

I apologize for the poor audio quality, the fact is every open house vid from that year that I'll be uploading will have shit audio not because we suck, but because of a number of reasons.

First off, they've never assigned a proper teacher to look after and buy proper sound equipment. They eventually did that year, but too late for the open house that year. Also no one looks after them, at one point the room keeping the stuff was flooded or something, I forgot.

Second, it was a scorcher the day before (set up) and on the day of the open house. The equipment wasn't properly umbrella-ed so it was sitting in the sun in direct sunlight, frying it.

And lastly, it showered briefly during set up the day before. And the only thing they did was wrap up the equipment in garbage bags.

Therefore, the equipment wasn't in good condition when we went up there, I apologize for the poor audio quality.

But about our performance, as you can see Shan's still doing his thang, not remembering lyrics and just reading it off on stage, lol. It's his trademark now. haha.

I think we did a not bad job, the show went smoothly and we didn't make a mistake or have something fall off (which happened a couple times, drumsticks, or guitar straps giving way). And it was a full crowd, cuz we rock so much! woo!

So enjoy this overly played and overly old classic punk song.

Vocalist doesn't even know the lyrics, he wrote them down on his hand and he is checking them constantly... or at least that's what I think.

And he isn't a very strong singer.
