  • I think you guys are doing great! People do not understand how hard it can be to get on video and talk about complex personal topics.

  • @bettybomb88 - Hey thanks Betty, I really do appreciate your understanding. We are really in this to try and help people out of the hell we once lived in but it can be very hard to build trust, especially when someone has been hurt badly.

  • Hey guys what you are saying is good - however your presentation method gives me the creeps, - it is fairly obvious that you are reading a script, stop doing that and speak from your experience as it is yourselves you need to communicate and not just he material.

It will also make it easier for me to watch your videos without feeling something creey is going on,,,

  • Thanks for your feedback - we are real people and not actors. We write our own scripts but we are not professionals at delivering them - nor are we professional enough to just talk and remember everything we want to say to a camera which we find even harder. If you want to hear us more natural please search for our show "The Love Safety Net" on Global talk radio. We are more comfortable at that and have had more practice! I hope one day we are as relaxed on camera - we are working on it!

  • Good advice, I did not realise anger can be a mask for sadness, it makes sense now.

  • Thanks - just wanted to say I am sorry if my comment was harsh.

It is hard when talking to a camera to remember everything one thing that can help is to stand up, I think what I wanted to say was 'don't hide the gold of your experience', I look forward to seeing your other videos :)

  • I was going to dismiss this as a lot of hippy-talk but its actually very true for me actually. I did feel sadness for a short time after the birth of my second child. I don't know if you could call it full-blown post-natal depression, but I would call it the baby blues. I was very angry about all sorts of things at this time. In fact I was mourning the loss of my old life and my old freedoms.
