Why did he install it over the base board? Wouldn't it make sense to remove the base board first? Doesn't the base board make it uneven, bumpy and harder to install??? I'm confused. Love the look though.

That install was not real. The panels were taken down just after the show. In a real installation the baseboard would be removed. Please feel free to call us anytime if you have more questions.
