http://www.SpecAndSplut.com - Spec tries his best to get a date with the "hot girl" waiting at the bus stop, all while Splut looks on in utter disbelief. What could possibly go wrong with this situation? So be sure to check out all their dog cartoons on the "Spec and Splut" You Tube channel. Please subscribe if you like them! Music provided by: http://music.mevio.com

While we're talking about stupid cartoon dogs (like there's any other kind?) we just wanted to mention that dogs are NOT allowed on city buses... unless their one of those ass kissing "service dogs". Spec and Splut think it's a bit of a double standard, as they view making these cartoons a form of "community service". And if anyone knows about community service it's Spec (part of his plea deal).

What's most offensive, however, is the fact that not even Greyhound Bus Lines will let them ride! What sorta horse crap is that? You have a frickin' bus service named after a DOG that won't allow a dog to buy a ticket? That's jacked up, man. So now, Spec started peeing on their tires at major rest stops along Interstate 45... which ironically leads us back to his plea deal for community service... it's all one big ugly cycle.

  • wat i wanna know is how you came up with 2 dogs and 1 being really immature?

  • @Zombiest13 Well, these two characters were actually developed by Jay Todd when he was in high school (big surprise) as a comic strip. Spec is really a representation of Jay (who still provides his voice) from that time of his life, while Splut (voiced by Anthony Frank) tries to provide stability and maturity to their lives. Therein lies the conflict and thus, the comedy. Jay and Anthony actually met in Junior High and have been friends ever since... only one grew up and one didn't =0)

  • Hey, not a bad effort at all. 'Specially compared to some of the rubbish that gets up on here. Got some giggles out of me. Simple animation, obviously, but you've made it work well. You've got another subber, for what it's worth.

  • @DorianCairne Thank you so much! Yea, the animation is simple... we are not trained artists and the software was cheap. But, the humor is more dialogue driven anyways =0) I feel some of our other work has been stronger, but everyone has their preferences.

  • yes, I must agree. spec only looks 3 or into his mid 4's

  • @SloppySardine Good thing! Otherwise his maturity level would look out of place! LOL!

  • @usbhubalub That's my point it looks like her.

  • @SloppySardine no, in one of the other videos he had a college girlfriend.

  • @SloppySardine Well, Spec is not the young stud he once was... although time has been pretty good to him I guess =0)

  • yeah that was why I had that sense of doubt, but maybe age hit her like a time traveling DeLorean.
