It is NOT the role of govt to take care of its people! that is communism! in a democratic capitalist society, the role of government is to protect individual liberty. thats it. the people take care of themselves. so if a persons house is robbed, it is his responsibility to protect his family! not the governemnts!
and yes, absolutely, free health care is 100% socialist, and 100% dangerous because it results in worse care and bigger govt

why would you think anything labelled "free" from gov is even near free? , you may not be paying for it but your kids sure will. If you dont have kids and you want free I guess that is better than you making babies on the gov tab..

joeholla in American these universal systems dont work for a few reasons, our quality of medicine is much higher and our doctors want their fee , not the gov offered fee, in short they dont want to be controlled. secondly)the gov waste and abuse would make the patient get very little , all at your expense. Solution: free enterprise,, yes it does work ..
