Very useful. I just have 2 questions
1. What is the difference between a Court De Jure & a Court De Facto??
2. how does asking for the judges oath neutralise the judge??

They won't let a freeman win or dismiss it, so they find a excuse to dismiss so the sheeple in the court don't cop on to what just happened.
I have had 2 dismisses and 1 strike out using above methods.
1 case was for Cannabis in blood system while driving"Alleged"
The Garda had the report/proof etc, Non compliance all the way.

why is this 'man' free? what brought him to the attention of the courts ? did he dodge a parking ticket or did he assault someone ? his ' crime ' should be made clear before he is representented as the peoples champion / victim.

@Polkaten there is a big difference between common law and statute law. As both the crimes you have mentioned cause HARM or LOSS then they fall under common law.. No one is talking about abandoning law just corperate legislation...peace

Didn't the judge just rule in favour of him because of the lack of CCTV evidence? If not then why would he bother asking for it?

Trust me when I say this...He asked for CCTV in every case - It was really matter of fact in my opinion he was just saying it to say - maybe he wanted a reason to throw out the case, and asking for CCTV ws just that!
