i have been a fan for years and your voice is soothing, very nice. also your lyrics are amazing they just hit me. one thing i noticed is when you scream like in black hole its very good and has alot of emotion in it which i believe should be the point of a scream, to express anger or whatever emotion the lyric is expressing. i would love to hear some more screams! keep up the good work man, your defiantly inspiring to me, thanks for sharing good music with the world

was VERY VERY dissapointed when i bought the latest evans blue album...i didnt kno the original singer was gone and honestly wouldnt have bought it if i knew beforehand....ive listened to it once and thats it!!!!! jus not the same whatso eva....not a one man band in NO WAY...BUT, kevin gave evans blue its unique sound and they were my favorite band while he was in!!!

I cant listen to the third official evans blue album. Just not the same style. I loved your writing so much. In two weeks The Melody and The Pursuit have become two of my favorite albums. Can't wait to hear your solo album Kevin. You rock!

im sorry to say this but the new lead singer for EB is absolute garbage it sounds like they picked some random dude from the street and said hey do you wanna be the front man for this formerly awesome band? i loved their music and wish i could support them moving on without kevin matisyn but i cant if this new guy is gonna be their permanent replacement he is absolutely terrible but hey im only one fan lost among many so no big deal

Kevin, You have an awesome voice dude! I was kicked out of a band, my first one ever as I was lead vocalist, with no previous guidance or help and tried my best being self taught. After 3 months they up and called me to say you're out... I was stunned... but apparently my voice wasn't their style. Oh well I didn't give up, I still practice and write my own lyrics, when work allows me to have free time!

Good luck with your solo Kevin, can't wait to hear your new stuff.
