  • continued, I really hate only having 500 characters. Like I was staying, win on sunday sell on monday used to really work because they actually looked like the real cars. Thats why the factorys would back brand specific teams. Now, not even pro stocks look like real cars. The last chance of a race care helping to sell cars and they've even screwed that up. I prefer promods as they remotely look like actual cars but they're all "old car" look alikes. nothing that would boost sales today. Oh well.

  • Great clip. I just love the old funnys. Back when you could actually have something different than a sanctioned body, motor, tire, ignition box, chassis, safety equipment, actually I have no problem with tons of safety equipment. They may go way faster now, but they look like eggs with a flattened back. even spendy decals barely make them recognizable as actual cars. Back then they weren't real bodys but they looked a lot more like actual cars. win on sunday, buy on monday and then it worked.

  • Good OLE days

  • Chi Town Hustle, Gold Digger Mustang, Mr. Norm's Challenger, Motown Shaker, Blue Max, Candies and Hughes, Don Schumaker, Jungle Jim ...... (Just to name a few). Loved it and the cars. Oh, the good old days....

  • I used to collect bubble gum cards with photo's of these cars and tons more, pause it during the race and it was the same photo's, i sure miss all those Drag Racing cards from 1970- 74 , very hard too find now .post the shoebox ? got more of this ?
