Government and democratic government in particular create financial and political stability within a nation. Without government business could not operate freely or successfully. Police prevent and investigate crime against business. Armed Forces protect a nation. Copyright and patents stop the theft of intellectual property. I would like to see a nation built without laws or a government to enforce them just to see how long the business community would last.

@chozenone111 Government jobs don't produce anything for the masses? What about roads? What about public schools? What about military protection? What about police protection? What about fire fighters? What about Medicare? What about our court system? If you truly believe that government jobs don't produce anything for the masses, then why have a government at all?

@EricTerman When you have governments create jobs it takes away from the private sector. When you have a government job you can only take and nothing you produce comes back to the masses your spinning your own wheel.
