i see somewhat.but you got to remember manningham and arrington played in the capital one bowl.they went into the nfl the next year which i personally think was a mistake especially in arringtons case and was another reason for the 3-9 season.i felt the same frustration you did last season,but it will get better.MUCH better.come 2010,you will know why i'm so optimistic.and if i'm wrong then by the end of 2010 we'll fire him cuz of lack of wins/patience.then we'll hire a coach similar 2 him &win.

you're mostly right about that, and ergo, a smart head coach needs to adjust his offense to fit his personell. Tressell did this with Ohio State in 2005 and 2006. He had spread players, so he ran a spread offense. Now I'm not saying richrod should have run a prostyle offense, but he could ahve easily run a spread offense like the Capital one bowl offense which would have fit his personell. you know what I'm saying?
