van jones apologizes for being a 911 truther

Glenn Beck announced earlier today that Van Jones signed a 911 Truther complaint about Bush and all being involved in the events of 9/11. Sean Hannity breaks the news of Van's public distancing from that signed agreement.

Why is it the Obama administration thinks it's more important that Van Jones apologize for involvment than for being an admitted communist?

The guy signed it but now he doesn't agree with it. What is this crap? He expressed solidarity with the people committing the atrocities of 9/11! He agreed with Janeane Garafolo! What?? He's a senior advisor to the President of the US.

Remember, in the 50's, there was one heck of a witch hunt, called the McCarthy hearings on un-American Activities, where a lot of good people were black-listed from a lot of professions? Remember the commies they *did* find?

I have some major questions. People need to ask these of their Congress Critters AND of their president:

Why isn't the FBI checking out this clown? Why isn't the Secret Service blocking him from access to the White House? Does this guy have access to classified information? Why isn't anyone paying attention now? Even some of Sean's Democrat guests won't defend this guy!

What other ideological cousins are in the so-called woodpile that we haven't found out about yet? What about those we HAVE found out about?

I'm so tired of hearing pundits claim that since they "lived through" the 911 disaster that that gives them a right to subvert any questions asked about the tragedy. Anytime anyone makes a point about 911 somebody says "As somebody who lived through 911 I take offense." How does one have anything to do with the other?

Also, noone on the panel critically observes the veracity of the "statements." They just attack him based on forbidden "statements." People watch this crap? Brains anyone?

The story...

There was very high trading in "put options" on American Airline and United Airlines, immediately before 9/11. These were effectively gambles that their share prices would fall, which of course is what happened once the attacks took place. This shows the traders must have had advance knowledge of 9/11.
