The National Organization for Marriage calls their campaign "2 Million for Marrage". They abbreviate it 2M4M. Apart from being a bad abbreviation there's also a website -- http://www.2m4m.org/ -- which is pro-gay marriage.

I really don't understand why people are freaking about Gay Marriage. If it was legalized then it would simply mean that it would be recognized by law as a marriage. Alot of priests would be open to the idea of marrying two adults, yet can't because it is not legal. Legalizing Gay marriage would only give the people that are open to the idea an opportunity, it wouldn't mean that all churches are FORCED to go through with it.

That is such a Terrible, and weak platform to try and use to justify a thought process. A kid isn't on an emotional, and mental level as the adult. That is out of the question. It's called Statutory rape for a reason. Two Adults have every right to marry each other, regardless of what sex they are.

@Pennee101 What are you talking about? The "APA" stands for numerous things, among which, and which is important in this context is The American Psychological Association. They have an entire webpage dedicated to homosexuality, and explaining why they, in their professional opinion, do not consider it a disease, nor a choice. Look it up again. I did a Google search with a query of "APA" and it was one of the first results. You really need to improve your researching skills.

@Strega222 but thats where youre wrong...sexuality is a behavor not a trait...and its true you do have the right to marry you arent denyed tht right...your just not allowed to marry someone of the same sex....and if all you say is true why cant a 60 year old have sex and marry a 6 year old? they love each other, they can use a sperm bank so they can have kids, why are they denyed their rights?
