Harold Kent is full of hot air. He's saying that unequal protection of laws is ok, they can tape you but you can't tape them. If you do tape, you can use it but you can't publicize it. I think he needs to study a little more - a lot more about prior restraint

Juries are nullifying the law. Thank goodness for juries. What in the world is wrong with what the COPS do being publicized. These COPS want no scrutiny at all. STOP THEM.
