Xray Eyeballs - Crystal - live @ The Mercury Lounge - January 2, 2012

Bringing their show live to the Mercury Lounge to kick off 2012, Xray Eyeballs played standout track "Crystal," from their debut Not Nothing album.

This song features a slightly off-kilter, almost twisted guitar intonation, especially while rhythm chords are being played. Additionally, when single note lines are called for, they are struck with a heavy almost twang to them. It is an appealing and overall unique approach, one that sets them apart from the more traditional indie artists.
