Our Solemn Hour

Our Solemn Hour holds a place in my own library as the Most Epic Song Ever. It has some occasional competition from "End Of All Hope" by Nightwish, but not often. I don't think it's the best song. But it's the song that just screams "epic" in a way that not even Dragonforce can manage. I was afraid I wouldn't have enough "epic" footage to make this. But I'm quite happy with how it came out, (aside from that awful attempt at lip-synching with the Farseer on "how can you be so blind", but I couldn't make myself drop it) and I think making the video was worth it for those parts with closeups of Aqua in the Birth By Sleep movie. I think the song fits her state of mind in that moment very well. I tricked Movie Maker into giving me some halfway decent effects, too.
