Lol! I was learning how to have the right mindframe when speaking to people about this stuff. Remaining calm and trying to think of the right questions was a function of choice, not zanex!! That's too funny though...

Nice calls mate . Shame that the audio quality isnt too great. I think the background noise is not relevant and makes it harder to hear all the information. But anyways nice Vid!

If "ignorance of the law is no excuse", is this lawyer suggesting that to understand it you will need to go to law school??

Might be worth getting in touch with a professor of law and asking him/ her some questions?

.....and don't forget a "person" means many things, just make sure it is being used in the right context. Which begs the question; how do you know if the term is being used in the right context or that the right term is being used at all?? Hmmmm, why, I think these lawyers might be full of shyte you know!?! =D
