Police can pat down anyone for their own safety if they suspect they are armed, or have committed a crime. They are also allowed to have the driver and passenger exit the vehicle. Check out Supreme Court Cases: Arizona v Johnson, Terry v Ohio, Pennsylvania v Mimms, and many others. Also, that many cops for loud music...something else must have been going on.

Loud music after 11:30pm is now against the law in this city and they are allowed to treat offenders like criminals (since they technically are, according to the law). Its fucked up, in my opinion, but what can I do? I am a voter and a youtube subscriber (most of the subscribers aren't) so there is nothing that can be done until the protesters (subscribers) use their rights to vote and make a change.

@ErieParties 1- I am not a cop, let alone a dirty cop 2- what time was this vid shot? 3- don't assume "racism" just because they were black....I used to get pulled over and checked when I was a teen driving around and annoying people with my loud music also! I am now 45, served in the USMC, and find that the same thing I USED to do, IS annoying to other people. Why would I want to listen to some rap music with cussing and racist words? What TIME was the vid shot?

@saorsa64 The cops searched dudes for loud music because there young black males ,why don't cops search white families when they get pull over.

The black males in this video had the right to say no to a search .

I wish they knew there rights .

You must be a dirty cop who loves to do illegal searches .

Also if your not driving you don't have to show your id to the cops
