i did karate for a year as youngster but ended up boxing as karate was pretty well non contact, there has to be rules, everything in life is about money whether u like it or not, noone would want to watch non contact shit like youve mentioned, as for bruce lee he never even had a fight, your views are yours and not shared by many so GET FUCKED hahahahaaaaahahahhhhaaaaaaaaaa

@TheThetechnician MMA is mixed martial arts, or hybrid of martial arts; meaning many styles and modalities. Referred to (before Gracie won UFC) as Jeet Kune Do, coined by Bruce Lee. UFC's version of what MMA is very different because the rules support the organization and fans' opinions. Drama and hyperbole are employed to make money. UFC=entertainment, JKD=philosophy and combative applications. Reason I explain is because w/language like that, you should try Martial Arts, you need discipline.

@TheThetechnician You're right, I am a hypocrite and I know nothing. So why respond to my post? What is the point, unless some of my points hit real close to home. I am implying that UFC is an entertainment business first, MMA sport second and Martial Art, sometimes. Kicking ass is neato in the video games, and it's cool to root on your favorite sport hero, but I don't believe the best martial artists are in the UFC or fighting on TV. That's ego which=lack of discipline from enabling greed.
