Not just that, RGC/Game Center CX - Arino's Challenge was MADE by Bandai-Namco Holdings. Arino Shinya works for BNH. It's actually in all honesty refreshing to see Namco create some neo-retro games (they're retro, but entirely new) instead of re-hashing Collection repeatedly.
BNH, XSeeD, if you people are reading this, port Game Center CX 2 for those of us outside of Japan to enjoy. :)

yeah, they probably didn't get the rights for the official Galaga, so they made a game, different name, same concept.

Just to clarify; the whole point of RGC is to create new 8-bit games, not use authentic ones. They never tried to get any rights for classic titles such as Galaga.
