I saw a UFO just like this, but there was only 2 pulsing lights moving a little faster than those. It was also on July 11 2010 at 10:45pm EST

Sorry but I do recognise them as Chinese lanterns, because they are used around where I live a lot for all sorts of celebrations. And they drift very very slowly on the wind just like the ones in the video. Also the Thai lanterns are huge be comparison to the Chinese ones, as they can be three to four feet tall. One wedding I was present at had a massed launch of about twenty of these things,and the following week in the local papers were all sorts of reports of ufo`s caused by them.
