Can you, please, explain why do we always need to turn off Circular panning law and what does that change?

Well, Circular panning law actually lowers the combination of L and R channel with 3dB. So if you turn the option of you will get more stereo to the sound.

Mostly, you can hear almost at once when a song is made in FL studio. But this song realy didn't, and it's sounds awesome!
