Zefrank1 used the footage in his "True Facts about Hedgehogs" video but had his video flagged and removed for its use, even though it was a parody and gave credit to the original. Which if it was somehow causing harm or fiscal loss to the original might make sense. But as it really didn't hurt this guy in any way (and actually probably increased his channel views) seemed a little excessive/pointless/jerkish resulting in all the negative responses.
