im a teenager, 16 years old, i frequently do exercise and i am not over weight, i have tough tissue only over my nipple and it looks out of place when i am topless, will these go as i pass though puberty?

lots of people dont understand this is not something that goes away with exersise... but I am about average for my size I weigh about 210 but I am like 6 feet 2 in tall and what gets me is I see guys that are 80 lbs heavier and they dont have man boobs... I have not been formaly diagnosed but I am certain I have it. Thank goodness there are guys like you out there I am looking into having the surgery performed.
