-Toyota is recalling more than 400,000 hybrid vehicles, including the popular Prius, for brake problems. This comes after the carmaker recently recalled eight million of its cars due to accelerator issues. Does this news surprise you?
-Do you think Toyota's recalls will give U.S. carmakers a chance to reestablish their presence in the auto market?
-Can Toyota regain its customers' trust?

Toyota - "Moving Forward" - Even when you let your foot off the gas pedal..
Toyota - "Moving Forward" - Even when you stomp on the brakes..
Toyota - "Moving Forward" - Even when you shift into neutral & pull the E-brake.
Toyota - "Moving Forward" - Until it slams into the back of a semi-truck @ 110 mph

What a bunch of morons. If you take all of the owners of Prius's, and compare that number to the number of reported victims, you will see the percentage isnt even in the double digits. So 90+% of their Prius's are operating just fine, which is impressive when you take into account the complexity of a hybrid car.
Of course, I do believe Toyota has the responsibility of compenasating loved ones that have died because of this, because it is a tragic accident that could have been prevented.

They've had a few problems and still are the top car world wide for quality and reliability. The media is helping blow this way out of proportion. What American car would be a better buy? It is amazing cars don't have more problems considering how complicated they are now.
