I used to be penfriends with their younger sister, Emma. I visited her in '86 and we hung out with Sarah for the day in her flat. Wendy was away on holiday. Really nice people!!

I saw this tour and it was really a spectacle. Maybe so much of one it comes off as slick and goofy compared to the earlier, leaner, sound of Shriekback but at the time it was incredible. I also loved the Comsat Angels who opened up for them at the show in DC.
