You make a huge and important point. As a committed Christian and church musician (and organ builder), I take very seriously the kind of outreach great music can be. I would be happy for people like you to be in church just for the music, as a cultural experience. If the church service were to impress you to think about God, then that's fine. If not, then I would hope that I enriched your life with music. You obviously have a discerning ear! So come on in and enjoy!

Stephen Tharp is for me by far the best American organist. He shows far more musicality than any other American organist!
This piece must be terrible hard to play!
