While showing Delbert & J.T. new sights around the swamp, Swamp Thing is captured by scientists who take him to New Orleans for government experiments. Witnessing this, Delbert & J.T. immediately get Bayou Jack, and together they head for New Orleans to rescue their plant pal. It's a race against time, as Arcane (having recently found out about Swampy's capture) goes to New Orleans to capture him back.

I think this could be a better movie if they had less characters.

actually that is axle Rose he and Dr.Arcane are old friends from high school when hes not touring Axle works for the good doctor as one of his unmen along side Keith Richards lead guitarist for the rolling stone AKA Skin man
