Well, kinda... cos i found these artworks while searching for good bioshock wallpaper and i stumbled upon this. This is created by Ben Mauro as part of his Architecture course, which concentrated on the scenes and environments, the artwork paints a very organic and familiar scene.

this isn't Bioshock 2. I'm from IGN and can tell you right now that it is for sure not. In Bioshock 2 u play the first Big Daddy ever made. You have the ability to use plasmids and weapons simultaneousely. This video is false.
