well it could have been said faster, and without calling computer illiterate people stupid. Do you know about rocket science? no? well does that make you stupid? maybe if the rocket scientist had your personality he would say you were.
anyways, for those who aren't stupid but just uneducated, unplug the modem/router for 1 minute, this is known as cycling and will give you a new IP on a dynamic system.
