That's actually quite clever. I would expect Ken to go back into English in the heat of battle, what with it being his native tongue and one less thing to have to focus on :P
If I play this game I'll probably play it in English until the quotes aren't funny/cool anymore then switch it back into Japanese.

I agree with you, although I do prefer Japanese voices, even though I know only a few phrases, it would be nice to hear english voices, the downside is, english dubs in MOSTgames and anime, are usually terrible, and quickly get annoying.
I like how Street Fighter 4 gives you the option to make certain characters voices japanese, and others english though, So in the same match you have a japanese speaking Ryu, versus an english speaking Ken.

I dont know why you want english instead of japanese, I mean, Bandit revolver! its the same in english, while you are "fighting" you dont need english...
Have you seen Sf4? it has japanese voices, and english subs and thats cool dude.
-
Yes, I know subs. They're those things that are fine when you're watching an anime or a film but would be kind of a massive pain in the ass when you're trying to play a fighting game, which might be why it's never been done before :P

hahahahahaha xD

Dont you know subs?
japanese rocks, english dub sucks

And Soul Calibur IV was the bastard child.

I really wish they'd make an optional English dub for these games when they come out of Japan. Optional. So don't give me shit for this comment, I said optional.
Hearing Japanese is cool and all but it's annoying that you can't understand them unless you happened to go to a school that taught Japanese.
nah, guilty gear is the father. Blazblue is the mother and the other games were the childrens

Good news; BlazBlue has both English and Japanese voices.
