How much tension on the long vertical strip? It looked like you just pulled it up w/o any tension....Thx.

im 13 and i have shin splint... there is this huge cash (skin coveres it tho) in my shin about 1 inch long and 2/3 of inch wide

i've had it for about 2 weeks and i just told my mom but she refuses to take me to a docter and says its nothing seriuos and she used to get them from cheerleading and ECT..

it hurts like hell and she says they are perminate!!! is that true? how can i cure it? my gash thing wrecked the normal srtucture of my shin making it look and feel funny

Do you apply two strips across or just one? If it is two strips, do you put one over the point of pain and then the second one above or below the point of pain?

The vertical strip should have 10-20% stretch, just enough to get a stimulus to the muscle.
