This is pure Jamiroquai!! I've always thought that.. the vocal.. can't believe Jay Kays never heard this, he must of.. its insane the similarities. Brilliant.

@Noragirlie63 Note, This track was recorded for Blue Note Records. It can be found on one of the compilation CDs ( I can't remember which at the moment ) The backing musicians are non other than Chas & Dave

I found it, but where I live there aren't any of those vintage shops anywhere. Theres a Half Priced Book Store but none of those vinyls are soul, just bad rock rock and 80's techno.
